EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Kraftwerk: Multimedia Tour 2026
Monday 18 May · 19:00 · Waterfront Hall
Kraftwerk's first UK tour since 2017, and Belfast is on it. The Multimedia Tour began at MoMA New York in 2012 and is part concert, part 3D digital installation: the band play from behind screens while visuals built from decades of Autobahn, Trans-Europe Express, and Computer World material unfold around them. The 3D glasses are part of the experience. Nine years is a long time between visits.
David O'Doherty: Highway to the David Zone
Friday 15 May · 19:00 · Mandela Hall
David O'Doherty, the tiny keyboard, the rambling logic, the observations that shouldn't work but always do. Highway to the David Zone is his current touring show, and Mandela Hall is a good room for it. Over 18s, ID required.

Chance Peña
Wednesday 13 May · 19:00 · Limeligh
Grammy nominated for co-writing John Legend's "Conversations in the Dark," Chance Peña has a billion Spotify streams and a second album touring behind him: When I Change My Mind I Don't Mean It. He bridges East Texas storytelling with modern production, and the Limelight date is part of a European and UK leg that's already nearly sold out.
Nate Bergman
Wednesday 13 May · 19:00 · The Belfast Barge
Nashville singer-songwriter Nate Bergman blends rock, soul, country, and folk, and has toured supporting My Chemical Romance, Clutch, and Arlo McKinley among others. A Wednesday at the Barge is a reliable formula.
Voodoo Sessions: 20th Edition
Wednesday 13 May · Evening · Voodoo
Deadly Sons, Minerva, and Deepest Well headline the 20th Voodoo Sessions at Voodoo. Twenty editions of a local bands night is worth marking.

Belfast Goes Country
Friday 15 May · 18:30 · Limelight
Luke Combs UK and Morgan Wallen UK tributes share a bill at Limelight for a country double-header. Early start.
Arren
Monday 18 May · 20:00 · Black Box
Limerick born Dublin artist comes to Belfast. Switching between a digital piano and acoustic guitar, this is a 60-minute dive into a catalog built on big hooks, sharp lyrics, and a few stories that ARREN probably shouldn’t tell in public. From the bittersweet warmth of “Rising Sun” to an exclusive first look at his brand-new tune ‘Thinking About July’, the plan is simple: great tunes and good people.
Cally Beaton: Namaste Motherf*ckers
Wednesday 13 May · 20:00 · Waterfront Hall Studio
Cally Beaton sold out Edinburgh Fringe 2025 with this show, which draws on her career pivot from corporate boardrooms to stand-up comedy, inspired by a conversation with Joan Rivers. The show includes a Q&A and meet-and-greet after. Sharp material about midlife reinvention from someone who has actually done it.
Suitcases and Skies
Sunday 17 May · Ulster Hall
A community theatre production featuring adults with additional needs from across Belfast, directed by Ciara McGeown of CMAC Creative Arts and Wellbeing. Six organisations involved, James Martin MBE giving a speech on the night, Neal McClelland of Downtown Radio as MC. Free admission, children under 14 with an adult.
