Greetings from Wolf & Seahorse
We hope you've a few evenings spare, because Belfast International Arts Festival is on and there's a gig or a comedy night on most evenings.
Darren Jackson's Wedding opens on Wednesday at St Bartholomew's Church in Stranmillis, with Darren marrying an AI and the audience invited along. Pianist Fergus McCreadie's Flight Pass, a new work for piano trio, is at The Black Box on Thursday.
Britpop fans have Shed Seven at Mandela Hall on Friday, and Kevin Bridges plays the O2 on Friday and Saturday. Rhys Darby, known as Murray in Flight of the Conchords, is at the Limelight on Wednesday.
Families have The Smeds and the Smoos at the Ulster Museum on Saturday, and costumes and low-noise fireworks at V36 the same evening.
This is our pick of what's on this week. As always for a full event list check out the link at the bottom of the email.
Let's dive in 👇
